Marie Christine Mba Ntoutoume

Ms. Mba Ntoutoume is Mayor of Libreville since July 2021.

Before leading the capital of Gabon, Ms. Mba Ntoutoume was a Senator in the 4th legislature of the 1st seat in the 4th district of the town of Libreville, and subsequently she held the position of 2nd Deputy Mayor of the 4th district of the city of Libreville. 

During her political career, Ms. Mba Ntoutoume has worked in several ministerial cabinets, including Health, Transport, Parliament and Regional Planning, and Higher Education.

She was also a diplomat, holding executive positions at the Embassy of Gabon,  respectively in Switzerland, Senegal and Zaire.
