Case Study N°2: Migration Help Desk

The Migration Help Desk (MHD) is one of the main Johannesburg's initiatives aiming to provide support migrants in the city. The Migrant Help Desk was created in 2007 as part of the Policy on Integration of Migrants. The current case study provides an overview of the MHD's background, objectives, as well as the main activities implemented so far. The report also identifies some issues and challenges to overcome.
