Universal Declaration on Living Together in Peace #IDLTP2021
May 14, 2021
At the occasion of the IDLTP 2021, a Universal Declaration on Living Together in Peace has been released in order to mobilize citizens, leaders and elected officials around the world.
In 2017, the International Day on Living Together in Peace (IDLTP) was created by the United Nations in order to highlight the importance to act in favor of solidarity, peace and harmony. This day is now celebrated every May 16th with the active participation of cities, which play a key role in promoting this concept.
To all those who work together to face the challenges of our time - who believe in the reconciliation of a humanity that is conscious of its fundamental unity - we address this message, in the hope that the International Day on Living Together in Peace, the 16th of May, will be an opportunity to bring forth and strengthen the circle of brotherhood amongst all citizens, communities, peoples and states. Collective action will be the best way for us to give form to Living Together in Peace (Collectif "JIVEP").
All together with municipal, regional and national elected officials, economic and religious leaders, national and international organizations, let us sign the Universal Declaration of Living Together in Peace.
Collective action will be the best way for us to give concrete form to Living Together in Peace.
